Marty specializes in Real Estate Investment acquisitions and dispositions, with a focus on Retail Shopping Centers, Single Tenant properties, and Office / Industrial buildings. Marty also has expansive knowledge and experience in successfully fulfilling the 1031 Exchange needs of his institutional and private clients.
Marty works alongside Frank Mandel in acquisitions and management.
Marty began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 1986 and later joined Grubb & Ellis Company where he served as a Senior Vice President of the Investment Group. During his 14 years with Grubb & Ellis Company, Marty consistently ranked among the top agents of the company earning numerous awards and accolades.
In 2004, Marty rejoined Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services as a Vice President of Investments where he and his team have closed over two billion dollars in transactions in the local and national markets, $350,000,000.00 of which have been with Mandel Property affiliates.
